More powerful way to manage your Pluno agent

We’ve added the Product Agent to the Pluno dashboard, so you can easily turn incorrect or outdated Pluno replies into improvements. The Product Agent reviews the ticket context and updates the relevant knowledge and workflows. As a result, the same issue won’t happen again.
For example, you can tell it: “In ticket #424242, Pluno said feature Y is unavailable on mobile, but it has been available since August 11, 2026. Please update the knowledge and workflows accordingly.” It then helps identify what needs to change, whether it is outdated knowledge, unclear guidance, or a workflow that needs refining.
Better AI across your workflows
Pluno’s AI models have been upgraded across ticket handling, investigations, clustering, evaluations, and workflows. This makes results more reliable where accuracy and deeper reasoning matter, while lightweight tasks continue to use faster models.
A sidebar that works your way
The Pluno sidebar can now be arranged around each team’s workflow. Reorder its boxes to keep the most important information at the top. Configure it here: Settings → Sidebar.
